What is included

The free plan includes product scanning, the full product database, and a basic products and routine builder. Premium (subscription) adds a full routine audit against your skin profile, unlimited saved products, and unlimited face scans. Without a subscription, face scans can be purchased individually as one-time credits.

Prices

Premium subscription: €6.99 per month. One-time face scan: €9 per scan, no subscription required. Prices are shown in euros on the Upgrade page before payment and include any applicable tax shown at checkout. Haru may change prices for future billing periods; active subscribers are notified before a price change applies to their next renewal.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe, an independent payment processor. Haru does not receive or store your card number; Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment step.

Duration, renewal and cancellation

The Premium subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked on the Upgrade page. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the period already paid for, and Premium access continues until that period ends.

Right of withdrawal

Haru's paid features are digital services made available immediately once purchased. Where the law allows a consumer to expressly waive the standard withdrawal period for this kind of immediate digital service, starting the service (activating Premium or using a purchased scan) is treated as that waiver from the moment of purchase.

Refunds

Outside of the above, refund requests are reviewed individually — for example if a paid feature was genuinely unusable due to a technical fault on Haru's side. Contact support with your account email and the date of the charge.

Data we process

Account details (name, email, password — stored as a hash, never in plain text); your skin profile answers; your saved routine, personal notes and saved links; your face scan results; your newsletter subscription status if you opt in; and basic first-party usage data used to operate the app, without third-party advertising trackers.

Face and product scan photos

A photo you submit for a face or product scan is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the analysis and is not stored by Haru — only the resulting result (scores, written notes, summary) is saved to your account so you can consult it later.

Who else processes data on Haru's behalf

Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional and newsletter email delivery), Anthropic (photo analysis for scans), and Vercel (application hosting). Each acts as a data processor under its own applicable terms.

Your rights

You can review and edit your account details from your profile at any time, and permanently delete your account and associated data from Account settings. For any other request about your data, use the contact details in the legal notice above.

Retention

Account and profile data is kept for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account removes your routine, notes, saved links, skin profile, scan history and audit history.

Essential

A sign-in session cookie keeps you logged in, and a language preference cookie remembers whether you're using the English or Korean interface. These are required for the site to function and are not part of the accept/reject choice below.

Optional

Your cookie banner choice and your light/dark theme preference are stored locally in your browser, not as tracking cookies. Haru does not currently set any third-party analytics or advertising cookies, regardless of the choice you make in the banner.
